Job Title Technical Engineer Project Community Infrastructure Development Location Rudraprayag Uttarakhand Salary 30 00 to 35 000 month Contract Type Full-time Field-Based About Sshrishti Sshrishti Trust is a leading not-for-profit organisation working since 2003 to Educate Empower and Equalise Our mission is to ensure equitable access to quality education digital literacy and sustainable community programs across Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand We are committed to grassroots change and community development for underprivileged and marginalised populations Job Summary Sshrishti is seeking a qualified Technical Engineer to oversee the construction of schools and community development projects under a CSR initiative in rural and mountainous villages of Rudraprayag Uttarakhand The role involves on-site supervision quality control technical support and coordination with contractors to ensure the timely and safe execution of civil works Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities ensuring adherence to project plans timelines and safety regulations Monitor contractor performance and maintain construction quality in line with design and technical standards Conduct site inspections maintain progress reports safety logs and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with project teams for smooth execution Provide technical support and problem-solving on engineering challenges in remote locations Prepare and submit detailed monthly site-wise status reports to senior management Required Qualifications Experience B Tech B E in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution 2-4 years of experience including at least 1- 2 years working in mountain rural construction sites Proficiency in AutoCAD BOQ preparation site supervision and understanding of hill-specific construction techniques Experience in CSR NGO or rural development projects is highly desirable Strong communication skills and ability to work under challenging environmental conditions Additional Requirements Physically fit and willing to work in tough terrain and changing weather conditions Willingness to travel extensively between remote village project sites Flexible to work extended hours or weekends if required by project timelines To Apply Send your updated CV and a cover letter to hr sshrishti org Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Location Type In-person Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
