Corporate Affairs Regulatory TERM Cell and Nodal Job Level Designation M3 Function Department Corporate Affairs Regulatory Location Pune Job Purpose To develop maintain an effective network with the Administration State top Bureaucracy Term Cell Regional TRAI Senior Police officials other Law Enforcement Agencies to ensure organisational interests are safeguarded and to mitigate any business risk and to strategize and find a way forward for any potential risk To support Business in achieving its objective facilitate new business manage organizational reputation in public domain Identify areas of opportunities in Enterprise Business Government Business extend support in RoW Infrastructure Power tariff and Tower matters To maintain an effective network with the internal stakeholders for smooth coordination of work Minimise the CAF penalties EMF Penalties resulting in contribution to minimal outflow of revenue yielding contribution to positive EBIDA to circle operation To ensure that all regulatory Nodal compliances required for submission of various data point in terms of stipulated time line are adhered to Make sure that continuous support to designated LEAs for data disclosures by ensuring timelines as per DOT guidelines SoP and adhere to confidentiality and privacy of information is provided by the teas Make sure that Compliance to the LI obligation as mandated in the Nodal Manual and the LI SOP issued by DoT Details in the last page is adhered to Build efficiency in the team by complying with the Company s values Key Result Areas Accountabilities To develop maintain an effective network with the Term Cell Regional TRAI Police Law Enforcement Agencies Administration and State top Bureaucracy to ensure organisational interests are safeguarded and to mitigate any business risk and to strategize and find a way forward for any potential risk To identify areas of opportunities in Enterprise Business Government Business WiFi digital agenda for the Respective state Extend support for Availability of infrastructure for tower policy revision in power tariff and ROW To Support in policy formulation in the state in interest of the organization To manage and Promote Vodafone Idea Ltd Brand image in the public domain maintain business continuity Provide continuous support to designated LEAs for data disclosures by ensuring timelines as per DOT guidelines SoP and adhere to confidentiality and privacy of information Compliance to the LI obligation as mandated in the Nodal Manual and the LI SOP issued by DoT Conduct of Internal audits of the team and monitor the teams LI closure from provisioning to destruction Update to National Head - Corp Regulatory Affairs Ops on Regulatory Nodal Corp Compliance aspects Policy Formulation- Build and effective network of relationships to ensure information flow on policy and regulatory matters To be accountable for addressing all critical communications raised by State Govt LEAs TERM TRAI at circle level and assist business by way of advising circle teams in resolving complex business compliance situations through domain technical knowledge know-how and experience Maintain an average score of more than 97 in monthly CAF Subscriber Verification minimise the CAF penalties and monitor MRO Activities Compliance to the LI obligation as mandated in the Nodal Manual and the LI SOP issued by DoT Core competencies knowledge and experience Should have more than 10- 15 years of experience of managing corporate affairs Regulatory affairs in a large organisation High on relationship building strong interpersonal skills communication impact both written and verbal Presentable personality Must have thorough understanding about business and regulations related to Industry Must have technical professional qualifications Graduate PG in any discipline Vodafone Idea Limited formerly Idea Cellular Limited An Aditya Birla Group Vodafone partnership
