Job Title Quality Trainee Experience 0-3 Years Industry Manufacturing Plastics Location PONDA GOA Employment Type Full-Time We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Quality Trainee to join our Quality Control Assurance team The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in quality systems and processes within the plastic manufacturing industry Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome Preference will be given to those from a plastics or related manufacturing background Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day quality inspection of raw materials in-process and finished goods Support in monitoring production quality and reporting deviations Conduct basic testing using measuring instruments Vernier Micrometer etc Assist in maintaining QC documentation and records Learn and apply relevant quality standards e g ISO 5S etc Coordinate with production and QA teams for continuous improvement Requirements Diploma Degree in Mechanical Polymer or Plastic Engineering or equivalent 0-3 years of experience in quality control preferably in plastic manufacturing Basic knowledge of quality tools and measuring instruments Good observation documentation and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow within a structured environment Preferred Industry Background Injection molding Blow molding Extrusion Plastic components manufacturing Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
