Founding Marketing Manager –

We have great early traction and real revenue — now we're looking for a founding marketer to tell our story, drive pipeline, and help us build a category.
What You'll Do
- Own GTM strategy and execution — from narrative to demand gen to launch campaigns
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning for CISOs, SOC teams, and security buyers
- Build and execute high-leverage campaigns (email, content, paid, social) that drive MQLs and pipeline
- Collaborate with founders to drive category creation: agentic defense, SecLMs, autonomous SoC
- Launch content engine: blogs, webinars, research reports, memes — whatever breaks through
- Engage with analysts, influencers, and key industry events to build brand credibility
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years experience in B2B security or AI infrastructure marketing
- Proven ability to operate independently in early-stage environments
- Strong writer and storyteller with a bias toward execution
- Experience across demand gen, product marketing, and content
- Understanding of security buyer persona (CISO, SOC lead, etc.)
- High-agency, resourceful, curious — thrives in chaos, gets things done
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience launching a new product or category
- Deep knowledge of security operations, EDR/SIEM/SOAR, or LLMs
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Webflow, SEO, paid social/LinkedIn, etc.
