Job Title Jewellery Showroom Manager Location Bilaspur Department Sales Retail Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Jewellery Showroom Manager to join our team and lead daily store operations drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery retail team leadership and store merchandising Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a personalized premium shopping experience Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry standards Maintain deep product knowledge of various jewellery collections precious stones metals polki kundan jadau gemstones and diamonds Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs Provide weekly monthly and quarterly reports on sales performance customer insights and operational challenges Build long-term customer relationships and maintain client databases Ensure the display is appealing and up to brand standards Conduct regular stock checks and help with inventory management Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and securely Requirements Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of fine jewellery including gold diamonds and traditional styles Kundan Polki preferred Interested candidates can share their updated CV on 7455817404 Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
