As design plays a central role in how we communicate, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead creative direction, mentor a design team, and elevate our visual identity across all platforms.

Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for driving the creative vision at GRIPIT. You will lead design projects end-to-end — from concept to execution — ensuring brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design skills with leadership, strategy, and a deep understanding of branding and e-commerce. This is a Full Time & On-Site Role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creation of high-impact designs for digital, e-commerce, offline & social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and partner brand activations.
- Guide the design of e-commerce assets: product visuals, infographics, lifestyle creatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee brand communication collaterals: catalogues, brochures, presentations, trade-show displays.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align design with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve GRIPIT’s visual identity and design guidelines.
- Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

- Relevant Experience or Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer products).
- 2-4 years of professional design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior/lead role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, digital campaigns, and e-commerce design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD/After Effects) or similar tools.
- Experience with motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to guide junior designers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
