About Us:

We are a creative-driven music marketing agency that helps independent and established artists grow their presence across digital platforms. From visuals to reels, we build brand identity, digital campaigns, and social media content that resonates.

Role Overview:

Were looking for a versatile Graphic Designer + Video Editor who understands the language of music, culture, and trends. Youll be responsible for creating compelling visual content from artist branding assets to promotional reels, thumbnails, cover art, ad creatives, and more.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:

- Design social media posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, reels covers, and Spotify canvases.
- Create branding kits, lyric posters, event/show posters, album/single artwork, and ads.
- Collaborate with marketing team and artists to maintain cohesive visual identity.

Video Editing:

- Edit short-form content: reels, teasers, trailers, lyric videos, and promos for Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify.
- Design motion graphics for music releases, announcements, and ads.
- Sync visuals to music (beat cuts, transitions, mood edits).
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized promotional content.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing (music or entertainment preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Understanding of social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, etc.).
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and design aesthetics.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of music genres, Indian/independent music space.

Good to Have:

- Motion design/animation skills.
- Experience working with artists or music labels.
- Familiarity with meme culture, trends, and viral content formats.
