Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTV Rework Supervisor to oversee PCB repair fault-finding and rework activities in our manufacturing process The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while ensuring timely completion of rework tasks Key Responsibilities Supervise PCB repair fault-finding and rework activities in the production process Ensure adherence to quality standards and rework procedures Prepare and maintain rework reports documentation and related records Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve issues effectively Monitor and improve rework processes for efficiency and accuracy Provide guidance and support to the rework team as needed Required Qualifications Skills Graduate Diploma ITI in Electronics Engineering or related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PCB repairing fault-finding or industrial rework preferred Good communication skills with English Hindi and Telugu spoken and written Strong documentation and reporting abilities Basic knowledge of computers and ERP systems preferred but not mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
