About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head end-to-end delivery of Sitecore DXP/CMS programs, manage global delivery teams, and build strategic partnerships across digital experience platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Infogain's Sitecore CoE, leading multi-million-dollar engagements, and influencing enterprise-level MarTech roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead delivery of large-scale Sitecore DXP engagements across multiple clients and geographies
- Architect scalable, personalized, and cloud-native Sitecore solutions (including composable stack: Personalize, CDP, Send, XM Cloud)
- Define governance models, risk mitigation frameworks, and quality assurance for high-velocity programs
- Build and scale Sitecore capability and talent pipeline within the organization
- Partner with client CXOs, digital stakeholders, and internal leadership to define and execute transformation programs
- Collaborate with presales, marketing, and alliances to develop GTM strategies and drive revenue growth
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific templates for faster delivery
- Represent Infogain in Sitecore/MarTech forums, conferences, and award nominations

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15+ years in IT services with at least 7–10 years in CMS/DXP platforms; Sitecore delivery experience is mandatory
- Deep expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, Headless CMS, and integration with tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely, or other personalization engines
- Experience managing large delivery teams (50–100+ FTEs) and multi-region project governance
- Proven record in practice building: talent development, capability building, client onboarding frameworks
- Strong grasp of digital architecture, customer journeys, personalization, and data-driven engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability in client engagement at C-suite level, budget management, and delivery excellence
- Sitecore certification (Architect/Developer) is preferred; MVP or award-winning project leadership is a strong plus
- Understanding of adjacent tools such as Contentful, Acquia, or Adobe Experience Cloud is desirable
