Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Infection Control Nurse based in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Infection Control Nurse will be responsible for implementing and monitoring infection prevention and control policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting training sessions on infection control practices for staff, and investigating infection outbreaks. The role will also involve coordinating with healthcare teams to control the spread of infectious diseases within the hospital. Qualifications - Expertise in Infection Control and infection prevention practices - Background in Nursing with competencies in patient care - Understanding of Medicine and ability to support healthcare teams - Knowledge of Infectious Diseases and their management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct staff training and collaboration - Attention to detail and analytical skills for data collection and reporting - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field; certification in Infection Control is an advantage
