Join our team We have a place for your talents and are excited to share our successes with you Let us know you are the One we are looking for Game Designer Thane India 2 years Full-time Duties Write clear and concise game design documents Possess knowledge about prototyping mechanics pacing balancing tuning tutorials level ramp and aesthetics Use a metrics-driven approach to game design learning from users and driving retention virality and monetization into the design of the game Work closely with the senior designer and the rest of the team to create a fun and unique game Create mockups of the game screen during the conceptualization phase of the game Participate in playtesting sessions gathering and analyzing feedback to iterate on and improve game performance features and mechanics Continuously research and stay up to date with industry trends best practices and emerging game design techniques and technologies Help create video ads CPI videos for the games for marketing purposes Brainstorm and pitch at least two approved game ideas per month Requirements Passion for games with a deep understanding of what makes games fun and engaging Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Designer Technical knowledge regarding game designing is a must Level design experience using the Unity Engine Knowledge of MS Excel for game balancing Knowledge of Photoshop Understanding of systems mechanics and features of design Solid knowledge of game balancing and pacing Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills What we offer A stable employment in one of India s best mobile game studio A flat and transparent culture Work directly with an experienced team with in-depth knowledge in gaming industry Competitive salary Discretionary annual profit sharing bonus scheme Health accidental insurance Environment where everyone can freely voice their opinions Welcome skills Experience in Hyper and Hybrid casual games Experience using Unity3D Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools Experience using MacOS
