Position Overview

We are urgently hiring Checkers with proven expertise in PEMB. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging international projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with AISC standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Raise and address queries from design mails with concerned departments/client side.
- Guide detailers and clarify issues for smooth workflow.
- Plan work internally to meet assigned schedules and provide early warnings to the group head if deadlines are at risk.
- Coordinate with group head on queries or challenges encountered.
- Perform second checks of erection drawings, shop drawings, and BOM after corrections by detailers.
- Prepare and submit final erection drawings, shop details, and BOM to the group head for client submission.
- Resolve issues related to connections, shop errors, or erection stage problems by coordinating with client QC teams.
- Take accountability for errors at fabrication/erection stages if final checks are missed.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in PEMB projects.
- Strong knowledge of detailing, checking standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in Tekla or AutoCAD software
- Ability to manage timelines effectively and work collaboratively with teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
