Position Title: Fullstack Developer Work Arrangement: Remote - India Schedule: 05:30 AM IST - 02:20PM IST About The Role We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers, developers, and test engineers to bring our product vision to life. You will be responsible for developing robust, high-performance code, delivering outstanding UI quality to match designed UX screens, and constructing efficient APIs and services to support those new screens. You will work across the full development lifecycle, helping to bring new product visions to life and providing additional technical capabilities to deliver solutions that cater to our targeted Future State. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with both front-end and back-end development efforts, build and maintain APIs and UI components, supporting product vision and UI/UX designs. - Work with your peers to define technical requirements and deliverables. - Build responsive web and mobile applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React with TypeScript, based on ViteJS and Tailwind. - Enhance and improve our platform offerings with bleeding-edge technologies based on C#, microservices, AWS Lambdas, and containerized applications. - Work on React components and modules, progressively iterating on new functionality and turning pixel-perfect design mockups into reality. - Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices. - Stay up to date with the latest best practices and provide proactive feedback to improve overall team performance. - Work as part of a cross-functional team, contributing to teammates success, encouraging cross-pollination of roles, and inspiring continuous improvement and collaboration. - As we are a growing SaaS company, adaptability and a proactive approach are essential to contribute wherever needed, knowing that the entire organization supports you in our shared mission. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 3-8 years of professional experience in both front-end and back-end development for web applications. - Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and TypeScript. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS (Tailwind preferred). - Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks. - Strong expertise in C# and PostgreSQL. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Strong grasp of data engineering best practices and AWS infrastructure, including SQS, SNS, S3, SES, Lambda, and ECS.
