Job Description Description We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our team immediately as WLAN QA Automation Engineers. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our wireless networking solutions through advanced test automation. We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team on an immediate basis Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and frameworks like Pytest, PyATS, or Robot Framework. - Design and implement API automation and testing using Flask framework. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality delivery. - Manage and utilize version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration. - Validate L2/L3 networking and wireless protocols through rigorous automation testing. - Analyze test failures, debug issues, and work closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes. - Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports aligned with project requirements. - Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. Required Skills And Experience - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python development with a focus on test automation frameworks (Pytest, PyATS, Robot Framework). - Proven expertise in Flask framework and API automation. - Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. - Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts and wireless communication protocols. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
