Job Description

Qualification and Experience:

- Must be fulltime B.E. Electrical Engineer with minimum 20 years experience in handling industrial building/ commercial building projects.

Duties:

- To guarantee the quality of the deliverables generated by the specialists and/or engineers of the Group and their compliance with the contractual requirements of the projects satisfying the assigned budget and time schedule.

Scope of Work:

- He/ She will be handling the Electrical specific activities paramount to the execution of the project with a high level of expertise.
- He/ She will assist the Project Leader for the peculiarities of the project and reports to the Head of Department for man-hours, resources and the quality of the deliverables.
- He / She should have adequate knowledge in Quality & HSE Management system.
- To guarantee the quality of the deliverables generated by the specialists and/or engineers of the Group and their compliance with the contractual requirements of the projects satisfying the assigned budget and time schedule;
- To guarantee the application and the continuous updating of the department and company standards, procedures and work instructions;
- To conduct technical training as per department and Company needs and exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new Design techniques; specifically to promote the technical growth of the specialists and/or engineers of his group;
- To keep himself up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline and transfer the knowledge to the other specialists and engineers;
- To assist the Head of Department in the preparation of the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and to take all the actions (manpower and working instructions) to assure its application throughout the entire project life;
- To monitor the market abut the State of Art to provide technical and commercial evaluations about new products, technologies, workflow, applications and so forth;
- To prepare, maintain and improve the use of commercial and technical historical data bank for the peculiarities of the scope of work of the group;
- To secure the Electrical Design for Electrical systems (Transformation, Distribution, Lighting, Electrical Protection), at the service, related to the assigned projects.
- To ensure the preparation of the Material Requisition, Work Requisitions and other project deliverables for all objects falling inside groups responsibilities.
