Job Description JD Sr. Manager - Operation Kindly share your resume on : [Confidential Information] 1. Loan Operations & Portfolio Management - Lead end-to-end loan operations for personal and digital loan products from file processing, disbursement, and servicing to loan closure. - Oversee loan onboarding, KYC validation, and disbursement authorization workflows in coordination with technology and credit teams. - Manage operational SLAs across co-lenders, platforms, and collection partners. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in loan posting, accounting entries, and reconciliation across systems. 2. Co-Lending Operations - Drive daily operations under co-lending and partnership models (80:20, 90:10, etc.). - Ensure seamless fund flow management between FFPL, partner NBFCs/Banks, and escrow accounts. - Monitor disbursement triggers, partner share settlement, and reconciliation of principal, interest, and fee components. - Validate data sharing and MIS as per co-lender and regulatory formats. - Manage co-lender audits, operational reviews, and compliance reporting. 3. Digital & Process Automation - Work closely with Product and Tech teams to automate loan origination, disbursement, repayment, and NACH management modules. - Oversee integration with payment gateways, loan management systems (LMS), and banking APIs. - Identify process bottlenecks and drive tech-enabled solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability. 4. Disbursement, Repayment & Reconciliation - Supervise disbursement processing, UTR tracking, and fund accounting. - Ensure timely presentation of NACH mandates, eNACH setup, and repayment settlements. - Handle refund cases, chargebacks, and failed transaction reversals. - Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation across lending and collection accounts. 5. Compliance & Audit - Ensure adherence to RBI's digital lending and co-lending operational guidelines. - Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all operational transactions. - Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams for periodic reviews and process improvement. - Maintain data security and borrower information confidentiality per regulatory standards. 6. Team & Stakeholder Leadership - Lead and mentor the operations team to build high ownership and functional expertise. - Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment in business objectives. - Represent Operations in partner and co-lender review meetings. - Develop MIS dashboards and operational KPIs for management reporting. Key Skills & Competencies - Deep understanding of personal loan and digital lending operations. - Proven experience in co-lending processes, escrow fund management, and reconciliation. - Strong command of NACH/eNACH, LMS, CBS, and banking integrations. - Working knowledge of RBI digital lending guidelines and co-lending frameworks. - Strong analytical, data interpretation, and Excel/MIS reporting skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
