Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with DevOps expertise to lead automation, infrastructure management, and full stack application development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership abilities, deep hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, DevOps, and cloud platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & Infrastructure

- Lead DevOps practices by designing and implementing automation and software delivery processes.
- Maintain and optimize AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production environments.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks and industry standards for infrastructure and application security.

Full Stack Development

- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS, Angular, AJAX, jQuery.
- Build and maintain back-end services with Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, .NET, and REST APIs.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data modeling, queries, and optimization.
- Develop scalable, high-performance, and secure applications aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.

Collaboration & Documentation

- Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technical discussions, mentor team members, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Document technical designs, system architecture, and support guides for operational continuity.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Full Stack Development.
- Technical Skills:
- Programming: Python, Java, Node.js, SQL.
- Frontend: ReactJS, Angular, jQuery, AJAX.
- Backend: Spring Boot, REST APIs, .NET.
- Cloud: AWS, Azure (infrastructure management, deployment).
- DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Maven, Gradle, Puppet, Chef.
- Operating Systems: Unix/Linux.
- Certifications (Preferred): AWS, Azure, Kubernetes.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
