Flutter Engineer (Frontend + Backend)

We're Cleopatra. We're not here to build another app. We're here to own an industry. We're reimagining how people book and manage home cleanings and we're moving fast.

We're looking for a Flutter Engineer who can turn ideas into shipped product. Someone who wants ownership, impact, and the chance to build something millions will use. You'll work directly with the founders, making core product and technical decisions that define our future.

What You'll Do:

- Build and scale our Flutter app on iOS and Android
- Own backend integrations with Supabase and Firebase
- Craft beautiful, fast, reliable UIs that delight users
- Optimize performance across devices
- Shape product direction and engineering culture alongside leadership

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of Flutter/Dart experience
- Proven ability to ship mobile apps end to end
- Hands-on with Supabase and Firebase
- Strong product sense with sharp UI/UX instincts
- Startup mindset: move fast, own outcomes, solve problems

Bonus Points:

- CI/CD setup for Flutter apps
- Experience with analytics, crash reporting, or push notifications
- Early-stage startup experience
