We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Trainee to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with catalogue management, Shopify updates, and vendor coordination. Youll be working closely with our team to ensure smooth product onboarding, maintain accurate product listings, and support merchandising efforts. If you&aposre eager to learn, grow in eCommerce, and help manage exciting product collections, this role is for you

Expectations

- Assist in managing and updating the product catalogue on Shopify.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and details across the platform.
- Organise products into the correct categories for easy navigation.
- Support onboarding of new products, ensuring smooth integration into the catalogue.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate product information and stock updates.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the team on merchandising campaigns.
- Maintain SEO-friendly product listings for better search visibility.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage product information, images, and tags efficiently.
- Interest in vendor management, onboarding new products, and catalogue organisation.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Chennai-based candidates preferred, with immediate joining available.
