Description

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer Intern to join our development team and contribute to building our AI companion platform. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the MERN stack and a passion for learning modern web development technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full-stack development while working on cutting-edge AI technology.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build responsive user interfaces with React.js and modern CSS frameworks
- Create and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Work with MongoDB for database design and management
- Collaborate with our development team on feature implementation
- Participate in code reviews and learn industry best practices
- Contribute to documentation and testing processes
- Assist with debugging and performance optimization

QualificationsRequired:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
- Familiarity with React.js concepts (components, state, props)
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Preferred:

- Experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Understanding of RESTful API concepts
- Familiarity with modern development tools (VS Code, npm, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
- Experience with any frontend framework/library
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
