Job Description: Marketing Intern

Location: Chandigarh (CCR)

Company Overview: Theater is a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion start-up based in India. Our mission is to create India&aposs best design-led, mass-premium western fashion company. At present, Theater specializes in footwear, stockings, bags and fragrances for women.

Position Overview: As a Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in supporting our marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, and brand growth activities. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the dynamics of marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns
- Support daily marketing activities, coordination, and content planning
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Research social media and market trends to suggest strategies for brand growth
- Assist in execution of marketing campaigns across channels

Requirements

- Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of social media trends
- Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Background in Business/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
