Job Title Front Office Receptionist Location Mekavanmpally Sadashivpet Employment Type Full-Time Salary Range 18 000 - 25 000 per month depending on experience Job Summary We are looking for a smart well-presented and organized Front Office Receptionist to handle front desk operations at our Mekavanmpally Sadashivpet location The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests managing calls and providing excellent customer service while maintaining smooth daily front-office activities Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally Manage incoming calls inquiries and messages Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes Keep the reception area clean tidy and well-organized Handle incoming and outgoing mail courier and deliveries Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Assist in daily administrative and clerical support Maintain basic front office supplies and inventory Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning Qualifications Skills Minimum qualification 10 2 Bachelor s degree preferred Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Presentable appearance and positive attitude Fluency in English and local language Work Schedule Full-Time 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM 6 days working Sunday or rotational weekly off Personality Traits Friendly and professional demeanor Punctual responsible and customer-oriented Good organizational and multitasking skills Team player with a positive attitude Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
