The Marketing Backend Coordinator will be the administrative backbone of the sales and marketing operations for ourHeritage Lighting Poles & Street Furnitureproducts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to handle all stages of the order lifecyclefrom initialinquiry trackingandquotation preparationto generatingproduction ordersand creating essentialManagement Information System (MIS) reports. About the Role We are seeking a creative and multi-talented Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for visually capturing the essence of our brand and products/services, and translating those assets into compelling digital designs. You will handle everything from on-site photography to creating polished digital catalogues, social media graphics, and website banners. This is a perfect role for a visual storyteller who is highly organized and proficient in both photography and design software. Key Responsibilities - Graphic Design: - Design and produce engaging digital assets for our website, including banners, icons, and promotional graphics. - Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), email newsletters, and online advertisements. - Ensure all designs are on-brand, maintaining visual consistency across all platforms. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts for campaigns and promotions. - Photography: - Plan and execute high-quality photoshoots for [Specify subjects: e.g., products, local landmarks, hotels, events, food, team members]. - Operate and maintain professional photography equipment (camera, lighting, lenses). - Perform expert-level photo editing, including color correction, retouching, and cropping, to ensure images are polished and web-ready. - Cataloguing & Asset Management: - Create, design, and maintain product/service catalogues (digital and/or print) that are clear, attractive, and easy to navigate. - Organize and manage our entire library of digital assets (photos, videos, design files). - Implement a clear naming convention and tagging system for all photos, making them easily searchable for the entire team. - Prepare images for various uses, ensuring correct formats and resolutions. Qualifications & Skills - Required: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Photographer. - A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both photography (especially [e.g., product/location] photography) and graphic design work. - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign). - In-depth knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and lighting. - Exceptional photo-editing and retouching skills. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Experience in creating digital catalogues and managing large asset libraries. - Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Preferred (Nice-to-Have): - Experience with videography and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience designing for web platforms. - Experience with UI/UX design principles. - Familiarity with the culture, products, or tourism industry of Dwarka.
