Hi Greetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for Sr Analyst-Adobe role for Bangalore Mumbai Pune Gurgaon location Experience 2 to 5 yrs Location Bangalore Mumbai Pune Gurgaon Hybrid Mode of Employment Fulltime Job description Senior Analyst technical vision for web analytics implementation testing and reporting Develop and manage the solution design documentation that outlines client business requirements and use cases across web properties and mobile applications Create manage and enforce specified digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis Develop custom JavaScript for tracking manipulating data from JavaScript objects HTML markup URLs and Cookies Implement new analytics tags and strategically migrate old tag framework of GTM into the newly architected tagging framework of Google Tag Manager Collaborate with client-side development teams to ensure proper implementation of data layer code Test and validate the tracking using various debugging tools Deploy and manage 3rd party tags marketing automation platforms Qualifications Work with clients to define their measurement strategies and drive data maturity and activation Liaise with client developers to implement on-site data layers that support our data collection activities Implement measurement strategies using tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager Tealium and Adobe Launch Support A B testing build work using customer experience optimization tools such as Optimizely Optimize and VWO Nurture client relationships and become a trusted extension of their business through ongoing communication Present project outcomes and proposing new work and technologies that will add value to their business Stay current on industry insights and innovation to improve internal techniques processes documentation and quality assurance Coach and help more junior members of the team with line management responsibility for up to 4 people if desired capacity resource planning development plans performance reviews coaching etc Lead multi-functional delivery teams providing motivation and support to ensure project objectives are met exceeded often across multiple concurrent projects Work autonomously and as a team with time management a critical attribute About CIEL HR Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry powered by technology and analytics The Founders of Ma Foi the pioneer of the HR services sector in India along with some of the finest brains in the HR Services Industry have envisioned and built the firm CielHR to deliver the full range of Recruiting services from Executive Search Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Permanent as well as Temporary roles through its offices in India and the Middle East Website Role really excites you kindly share resume to Regards Sumit
