This is a hands-on role where you'll leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments—across Australia and globally . What You'll - DoSupport the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportuniti - es.Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategi - es.Build and optimise automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insigh - ts.Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholde - rs.Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform visi - on.Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovati - on.Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge shari ng. Essential Crit - eria5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datas - ets.Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Que - ry).Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOM - ODO.Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecast - ing.Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentati - ons.Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economi - cs).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendati ons.
