Job Description Job description : - Analyze, design, and implement SAP CO solutions to meet business requirements - Configure and customize SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing - Provide functional expertise in SAP CO integration with other SAP modules (such as FI, MM, SD, and PP) - Design and implement solutions for allocations of overheads, time-writing, and billing of recharges - Develop and maintain documentation for SAP CO processes, configurations, and customizations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CO solutions - Troubleshoot issues and provide support for SAP CO modules - Conduct user training and create training materials for SAP CO functionality - Stay updated on SAP CO best practices and new features to continually improve processes Required Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field - 7+ years of relevant work experience with systems and process design - Deep knowledge and significant experience of SAP CO functionality - SAP Solution design experience relating to allocations of overheads, time-writing, and billing of recharges - Strong understanding of business processes related to controlling, cost accounting, and financial reporting - Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support - Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization techniques - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - SAP Certification in CO module - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance - Knowledge of SAP FIORI and SAP Analytics Cloud - Familiarity with ABAP programming and SAP BAPIs - Project management experience
