We tackle complex challenges to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that power the future of digital finance. You need to be a HODLer of these - 15+ years in Infra/DevOps/Platform engineering, with 5+ years in leadership. - Led 30+ engineers in DevOps/SRE/Platform orgs. - Proven track record in high-frequency fintech/trading platforms. - Built internal platforms reducing cost & improving DevEx. - Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, HA/DR, zero-downtime rollouts. Preferred Experience: - Exposure to FinOps cost optimization at scale. - Designed infra for 10K+ TPS trading or payment systems. - Experience with developer platforms (Backstage, IDP, CI/CD portals). You will be mining through these tasks - Drive 99.99% uptime and across 10K+ TPS trading systems. - Lead zero downtime migration strategies (blue-green, canary, schema changes). - Build internal platform components (service mesh, CI/CD engines, feature flag systems, observability pipelines) to reduce reliance on managed cloud services. - Partner with Engineering & Product to enhance developer experience (DevEx) through self-service infra, IDP, and developer portals. - Own FinOps efficiency: reduce infra costs while scaling platform reliability. - Build and mentor a 30+ engineer org across pods (Infra, CI/CD, Observability, DX). Success Metrics (Direct Accountability) 1. Platform SLA Adherence: % of transactions meeting . 2.
