Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client A global IT services and consulting company multinational information technology IT headquartered in Tokyo Japan The Client offers a wide array of IT services including application development infrastructure management and business process outsourcing Their consulting services span business and technology while their digital solutions focus on transformation and user experience design It excels in data and intelligence services emphasizing analytics AI and machine learning Additionally their cybersecurity cloud and application services round out a comprehensive portfolio designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses worldwide About The Job This individual will be part of the Data Technology group within the Digital Engineering Solutions team helping to drive strategic Architecture Engineering and Construction AEC initiatives using cuttingedge data technologies and analytics to deliver actionable business insights and robust solutions for AEC professionals and client outcomes The Data Technology group will lead the firm in AEC-focused Business Intelligence and data services by providing architectural guidance technological vision and solution development The Data Technology group will specifically utilize advanced analytics data science and AI ML to give our business and our products a competitive advantage It includes understanding and managing the data how it interconnects and architecting engineering data for self-serve BI and BA opportunities This position is for a person who has demonstrated excellence in data science capabilities experienced with data technology and processes and enjoys framing a problem shaping and creating solutions and helping to lead and champion implementation Essential Job Functions Develop and deploy predictive prescriptive and advanced analytics models using statistical optimization and machine learning techniques to solve complex AEC business problems Conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis EDA and apply statistical methods to uncover trends relationships and patterns in data Design and implement optimization models including linear programming mixed-integer programming and other advanced mathematical optimization techniques Design and implement machine learning models and statistical methods tailored to domainspecific challenges Collaborate with Data Engineers AI ML Engineers and domain experts to frame problems and deliver actionable solutions Translate complex data science and optimization solutions into actionable business insights through effective communication and visualization Lead the evaluation and integration of advanced statistical software and tools to expand analytical capabilities Ensure adherence to ethical standards in AI and data science maintaining transparency and accountability in all activities Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements including new and emerging technologies best practices and new tools software applications Assist with the development of documentation standards best practices and workflows for data technology hardware software in use across the business Perform other duties as required Qualifications Experience 5 -
