Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Kolkata. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing projects, and ensuring seamless integration of architectural solutions. Daily tasks include designing building plans, collaborating with team members, and overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus
