Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales person to shape our sales organization & scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting sales strategy. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, & beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Own all plans & strategies for developing business & achieving the company's sales goals
- Evangelize the product & personally help close the largest deals.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Product & Marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish & foster partnerships & relationships with key customers both externally & internally.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, & supply & demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling & assigning employees & following up on work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Determines annual unit & gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, & analyzing trends & results.
- Liaison: Liaison with DGS&D, CRRI, PWD, CPWD, MCD & other Govt. Departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles & practices, & an ability to coach others on them.
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills; ability to use hard data & metrics to back up assumptions,& recommendations, & drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, & ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership & team-building skills.
