Complete and independent responsibility for strategizing, managing and driving the investor relations strategy for the entire group and listed entity. 2. Good Networking and working relationship with various class of investors, including HNIs, Institutional Investors, Private Equity, both Indian and Global 3. Good Networking and working relationship with Investor Relations Firm, Share Registrars, Stock Exchanges, NSDL, CDSL, various intermediaries, Business Media and Investor Communication Agencies. 4. Should have good networking and working relationship with brokerage firms, buy side and sell side analysts and research agencies. 5. Should have expertise in managing investor expectations, driving positive communication to investors on Company's quarterly and periodical earnings and business strategy. 6. Should develop investor confidence and belief in the company's business strategy and prospects with consistent and clear communication. 7. Should have good knowledge of the ER&D and IT Services Industry and competitive landscape and should be able to regularly update the Company's management on the developments and data and insights on Industry, capital markets and competition. 8. Should be able to spearhead and lead the drafting of Annual Reports and other Investor Communications. 9. Should be able to bring about regular coverage and equity research reports by analysts. 10. Should have good knowledge on financial modeling, valuation methodologies and should have the ability to positively drive the company's market capitalization as per internal targets. 11. Should have good knowledge on SEBI and Listed Company Regulations and compliances. 12. Independently schedule, plan, and drive shareholder meetings and investor meetings and roadshows 13. Should be able to independently draft and communicate earnings calls, stock exchange filings and investor communications. 14. Knowledge and expertise in other domains such as FP&A, Banking, Treasury, will be an added advantage. Personnel Attributes Good Financial acumen and analytical skills, project management skills and creative mindset to engage stakeholders and convey complex and dynamic financial information. Should be a good communicator-Both Oral and Written Expert drafting skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking, positive attitude Natural leadership and management skills, including an ability to communicate in an assertive and clear manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
