Quality Assurance- Engineer

Job Description Dream11 is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. If you have 3+ years of experience in software QA, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and proficiency in both manual and automation testing, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your Role - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. - Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Create and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks. - Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems. - Work closely with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability. - Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and evaluate quality metrics. - Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. - Document testing procedures and maintain test documentation. - Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit). - Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). - Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). - Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Good-to-Have Skills - ISTQB certification or similar QA certifications. - Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Gatling, Locust). - Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. - Experience with mobile application testing. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github actions).
