Job Description Microsoft Azure is a global cloud platform offering on-demand infrastructure and services for building, hosting, and running applications at scale. At its core of this ecosystem is Azure Compute, which manages the lifecycle of millions of physical hosts, containers and virtual machines across Microsoft data centers worldwide. Our team - Pilotfish Core, within Azure Compute is responsible for building large-scale, distributed Ring-0 services that form the foundational layer of the platform. We are looking for a passionate, quality-focused software engineer to join us and drive multiple ongoing initiatives. In this role, you will gain deep insights into how large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms operate. You will have opportunities to work and own end-to-end features - right from prototyping and developing to testing and release.
