We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven SAP Recruiter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Write and publish job offers on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Search for candidates through multiple channels, including passive networks and referrals, to find the best SAP talent.
- Sort through received applications, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Manage background check processes and documentation.
- Possess a solid understanding of IT systems, with specific knowledge of ERPs (SAP experience is an asset).
- Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) for efficient recruitment processes.
- Act with urgency to meet hiring deadlines and ensure smooth hiring operations.
- Manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously while identifying priorities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and establish strong interpersonal relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social networks and sourcing tools.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment process from beginning to end, ensuring high-quality service, and meeting time, quality, and service expectations.
- Negotiate salary packages effectively and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Manage application tracking systems (ATS) efficiently.
- Partner with relevant departments to develop and execute search strategies to meet staffing needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with specific experience in SAP recruitment being highly desirable.
- Previous experience in recruitment within an agency environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of social networks and digital sourcing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Experience in negotiating salary packages and managing the hiring process end-to-end.
