Job Description JOB TITLE: HR ASSOCIATE (Tech Recruiter) ABOUT SNAPMINT: Snapmint is on a mission to democratize low-cost installment purchases for 200 million Indians. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Tech / non tech, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, facilitating smooth communication and timely feedback. - Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and other HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-2 years of work experience in tech recruitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. - Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed). - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and selection techniques to identify top talent efficiently. Location: Navi Mumbai ( Belapur ) Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday.
