The Finance Manager will oversee the preparation of financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with legal regulations and financial policies. They will analyze data, provide insights for strategic decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. This role will also involve managing relationships with lenders and ensuring sound financial practices across the organization. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting - Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using technology tools like Excel or ERP systems - Understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory policies in finance - Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage lender relationships effectively - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA/CFA is a plus) - Prior experience in financial management or a similar role is highly preferred
