Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in React Native to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technologies, has a keen eye for detail, and can lead development efforts while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
- Mentor junior developers and guide the team on React Native best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with mobile app lifecycle and publishing apps to App Store and Google Play Store.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.
- Knowledge of Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.
- Experience with native modules in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app testing frameworks.
- Understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and offline storage solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development.
- Exposure to animated UI libraries, maps, push notifications, or payment gateway integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
