This 6-month Design Trainee Fellowship is crafted for design graduates, self-taught designers, or early-career professionals who are passionate about problem-solving through design and eager to gain hands-on experience. It's not about academic projects it's about real client work, fast learning, and building a foundation aligned with global design standards. What You'll Do - Contribute to user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. - Translate user needs and business goals into seamless, intuitive digital interfaces. - Collaborate with experienced designers (including IIT alumni) on live projects across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and consumer tech. - Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and client discussions. - Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI in Figma, following Material Design best practices. - Get feedback, iterate quickly, and push your creative limits every day. Who Should Apply - Recent graduates ready to start their UX/UI career. - A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects (personal or client-based). - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Material Design guidelines. - Good grasp of typography, interaction design, and layout principles. - Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. - A curious mindset, openness to feedback, and passion for solving real-world problems.
