Job Tittle : US Accounts Specialist Experience: 2+ years Location: Hitec, hyderabad Timings: US Shifts Job Summary We are looking for a details oriented US accounting specialist to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven settings. Key Roles and responsibilities - hands on experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable. - Generate and send invoice based on approved timesheets - Validate purchase orders, invoices and payment terms. - Maintain AP and Reconcile AR accounts. - Ensure timely submission of timesheet for billings. - Monitor, track and validate employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Skills Required - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Finance or related field. - 2 + yrs of experience in AP, AR, vendor management, & Timesheet, Preferably Supporting US accounting. - Hands on Experience in Quick books. - Experience in staffing or consulting industry preferred.
