Full Stack Developer to join our team Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a suite of easy-to-learn and easy-to-use business solutions tailored to any market designed for any business size and dedicated to growing business through happy customers The Customer Service Applications Team delivers business applications for Connected Customer Care for Contact Centers Our team is at the forefront of digital transformation empowering organizations to revolutionize their customer service and contact center operations through cutting-edge AI solutions and product offerings represents a new era of applications that harness the power of data AI and productivity tools to deliver unparalleled experiences across all channels Microsoft s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more As employees we come together with a growth mindset innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals Each day we build on our values of respect integrity and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond Responsibilities As a senior engineer you will be responsible for implementing features with end to end responsibility towards a wide variety of business applications and services within Dynamics 365 products portfolio as well as ensuring they are done to meet rigorous quality standards with the result being software that is used by individuals and businesses throughout the world In short you will do the following Envision Design implement test deploy maintain and improve our software components and services Embrace and use state-of-the-art new technologies Participate in technical discussions and bring new ideas on the table Own quality of your code and fully leverage AI development tools to accelerate development Work with Product Managers Architects and UX Designers to design and specify new features from the engineering standpoint Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes Work with key customers to enable faster adoption and meet their business goals Contribute to the positive solution focused and creative team spirit Support less experienced team members in their progress and development Throughout your tasks you will work closely with Program Managers and other Software Engineers to optimize design quality and functionality as Microsoft places a premium on the ability to work well in a team environment Qualifications Expert knowledge on building responsive and engaging front end and scalable backend 8 years professional software development with at least one of the following C C Java 8 years of professional experience building cloud applications focused on front end development using technologies like React JavaScript TypeScript CSS HTML Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale services Experienced in architecting building and maintaining UX component libraries that adhere to modern web standards Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and or Power Platform solutions desirable Experience in AI Agentic development and leveraging AI Development tools is a definite plus Excellent verbal written and cross-team collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this role A strong team player and collaborator across time zones and diverse stakeholder groups Passion for improving software quality and engineering excellence Experience in developing debugging and supporting code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages Experience with building infrastructure using Microsoft Azure technology like Service Fabric App Service Docker Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft customer and or government security screening requirements are required for this role These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings Microsoft Cloud Background Check This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire transfer and every two years thereafter Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age ancestry color family or medical care leave gender identity or expression genetic information marital status medical condition national origin physical or mental disability political affiliation protected veteran status race religion sex including pregnancy sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws regulations and ordinances If you need assistance and or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or the recruiting process please send a request via the BICJobs CCAROCKS DYNAMICS365 WEAREHIRING WEWANTTOTALKTOYOU CUSTOMERCAREAPPLICATIONS
