Help in evaluating tender terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in drafting and submitting bids within deadlines and follow-up with clients for clarifications or negotiations. 3. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers, competitors, and new business opportunities. Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to suggest improvements in marketing strategies. Assist in preparing reports on market demand, sales performance, and customer insights for management. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Respond promptly to customer queries regarding product capabilities, prices, delivery schedules, and after-sales support. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations under senior supervision. 5. Sales and Marketing Support Help in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches. Assist in managing digital marketing efforts like updating company website content, social media posts, and email campaigns. Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and lead generation activities. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduates. Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Basic knowledge of product design, CAD software, or engineering drawings is a plus. Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts in engineering industries is desirable. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
