Web Developer/ Illustrator and Animator/ Marketing Intern

We're a recently launched, remote-first brand strategy and creative studio built at the intersection of creativity and AI. As an early team member, you'll play a key role in shaping both client work and internal systems. This is a hands-on, high-learning role where you'll work across multiple functions and help lay the foundation of our growing brand consultancy.

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire for 3 different roles:

1. Web Developer,
2. Illustrator and Animator
3. Marketing Intern

Compensation:

10k to 35k based on role and experience.

Remote Role:

Fully remote.

Job Type:

Full-Time. No contract. No third-party agency

Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, edit, and troubleshoot web page layouts and components.
- Ensure product and promotional content is properly structured and styled across web templates.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement responsive and laptop and mobile-friendly content updates.
- Assist in landing page creation, UX optimization, and content formatting within Shopify and CMS environments.
- Conduct regular QA testing to ensure web content displays correctly across browsers and devices.
- Enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop for a high-quality visual experience.
- (Re)define product hierarchy and taxonomy to improve site navigation, search relevance, and user experience.
- Define and manage product attributes across the catalog, including selecting which attributes are used as filters/facets and determining their display order on category pages.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

- Work closely design and marketing teams to align digital strategies.
- Assist in improvements for better navigation and user experience.
- Participate in sales ride-alongs to gain insights into customer needs and market trends.
- Effectively manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- 0-2 years of experience in web development and SEO.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge in website structure, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and server configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, CS or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and a shared sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-first attitude that resonates throughout the company.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools is a plus but not required.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors and site speed optimization is a plus but not required.
- Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.

Marketing Intern:

Start Date: Immediately

As a marketing intern you will:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including copywriting, publishing, engagement, and analytics
- Experiment with GenAI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, Copy.ai) to automate and enhance creative workflows
- Design visual assets using Canva, Figma, Framer, and AI design tools for social posts, decks, brand materials, and presentations
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitors using tools like Meta Insights, Reddit, and Sprout Social
- Take ownership of mini-projects with clear outcomes and real business impact
- Receive 1:1 mentoring and upskilling sessions on branding, content, strategy, and AI tools
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews learn how strategy and storytelling come together
- Embrace feedback loops we believe in testing, learning, and iterating quickly

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Passionate about branding, social media, and storytelling
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Google Workspace (especially Google Analytics)
- Bonus: Knowledge of tools like Framer, Airtable, HeyGen
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team
- Previous internship or campus involvement in marketing, communications and events is a plus.

Future Opportunity: We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Marketing Associate role at the end of the internship.

Illustrator and Animator:

Industrial Color is a creative production agency with studios in New York and Los Angeles, partnering with top global brands. We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to bring bold ideas to life across media, from title design and digital campaigns to presentations and research.

You're detail-obsessed fluent in design, art, color, composition, and typography, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Your portfolio shows sharp instincts, a unique point of view, and versatility across project types and scales. If you're a self-starter who loves creating work that moves culture, we want to meet you.

In this role you will:

- Develop custom illustrations (digital and hand drawn styles) for brand campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
- Conduct design research and source visual references to inspire and inform creative concepts
- Design and produce digital banners, collateral, eCommerce assets, social posts, video title sequences, and graphic elements for multimedia projects
- Contribute to the development and delivery of compelling creative pitches
- Develop style guides and standards documentation to ensure visual consistency across projects
- Wear multiple hats, contributing not only as a designer but also as a creative problem-solver who adapts quickly to diverse brand needs.
- Keep up with latest AI design tools and design trends relevant to specific industries.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated, backed by a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and versatility
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop; strong skills in Google Suite and Keynote
- Strong storyboarding, drawing abilities and strong illustration abilities (hand-drawn, vector-based or mixed media)
- Working knowledge of motion design and animation.
- Agile and adaptable, seamlessly managing multiple projects and clients
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
- Versatile designer skilled across multiple disciplines
