Company Description The Civilian Welfare Foundation CWF is a non-profit non-hierarchical youth-based organization that champions equity and equality through an inclusive approach to various social issues Established in 2011 CWF addresses challenges related to disability rights LGBTIQ rights healthcare sports and child rights The organization is known for projects supporting Paralympic sports advocating for the Right to Education in underserved communities and improving healthcare access for marginalized groups including transgender individuals CWF is driven by the vision of creating a society where every individual has the opportunity to thrive with dignity Role Description This is a full-time on-site Laboratory Technologist role based in CWF Labs Transdisciplinary healthcare and Research at Bolpur Santiniketan The Laboratory Technologist will perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and assist in conducting high-quality assessments Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate records adhering to quality control protocols and interpreting test results for relevant stakeholders to support the organization s healthcare and community initiatives Qualifications Diploma Bachelor s degree in Medical Lab Technology Proficiency in Medical Technology and a solid understanding of Laboratory Skills Experience operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret laboratory results accurately Knowledge of Quality Control procedures in a laboratory setting Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in team-based settings Experience in supporting healthcare-focused non-profit initiatives is a plus Job Types Full-time Fresher Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
