About Position: Candidates will lead cloud infrastructure’s initiatives on AWS, focusing on automation, observability, and container orchestration. Your deep expertise in Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, and SRE principles will drive performance, reliability, and scalability. Role: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Job Location: AII Persistent locations Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using best practices. Develop automation scripts and tools using Python and Bash. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions. Ensure secure and scalable cloud-native architectures. Configure and manage observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack. Deploy and manage container platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS. Build and deploy Helm charts for Kubernetes applications. Apply cloud security best practices and standards. Monitor and manage SLI, SLO, SLA, and Error Budgets. Troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and DevOps/SRE methodologies. Maintain clear and thorough documentation of infrastructure and processes. Expertise You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or related roles. Strong programming skills in Python and Bash. Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitHub Actions. Solid grasp of networking, security, and container orchestration. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS. Familiarity with Helm, SLI/SLO/SLA, and Error Budgeting. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
