- Software Testing & Bug Triaging
- Quality Checks & Audits
- Technical Issue Resolution
- Subject Matter Expertise in assigned domain
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
- Experience using JIRA or other ticketing tools
- Data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong command over English reading, writing & comprehension
- Root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys, RCA, Fishbone Diagrams
