Job Title Office Boy Location Tauru Position Type Full-Time Key Responsibilities Office Maintenance Ensure the office premises are clean and well-organized at all times This includes daily cleaning of floors desks and restrooms Kitchen Duties Prepare and serve tea coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors Maintain kitchen cleanliness and manage pantry supplies Mail Handling Receive sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Prepare outgoing mail and packages Errands Perform various errands outside the office such as purchasing office supplies banking tasks and other related duties Office Supplies Monitor and replenish office supplies stationery and pantry items Keep an inventory of stock and report shortages Administrative Support Assist with photocopying scanning and binding documents Support office staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed Visitor Assistance Welcome and assist visitors by directing them to the appropriate person or department Provide general information as required Maintenance of Equipment Ensure office equipment e g photocopiers printers is well-maintained and report any malfunctions Safety and Security Ensure the security of office premises by monitoring access points and reporting any suspicious activity Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Skills Basic understanding of office equipment Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
