Key Responsibilities
- Execute Vision: Translate the Video Producer's plan into daily tasks for editors & sound engineers
- Manage Workflow: Oversee operations across editing & sound
- Assure Quality: Review outputs to meet creative and technical benchmarks.
- Coordinate Teams: Ensure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Meet Deadlines: Track schedules, flag risks, and push timely delivery
- Enforce Standards: Apply workflows, file systems, and naming conventions set by the Producers
Skills & Experience
- 23 years of experience in post-production for video, film, or digital content
- Hands-on expertise in editing & sound design (Premiere, Resolve, Pro Tools, or equivalents)
- Experience leading small teams or supervising post-production pipelines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for technical and creative quality
- Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
