Urgent Search Business Analysts(5-7 Years)

General Expectations:

- Build, depict, and optimize contract process flows of varying complexity.
- Respond to requests by gathering necessary information to resolve cases.
- Deliver quality work on assigned tasks; support troubleshooting and drive creative solutions.
- Implement solutions and/or fixes effectively.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude with strong communication skills for interaction with colleagues, clients, and customers.
- Exhibit strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Understand the company's vision, values, and critical initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a related role.
- Experience configuring and updating custom objects, fields, conditional logic, user access permissions, validation rules, workflows, and approvals.
- Knowledge of end-to-end legal contracting processes including contract generation, negotiations, and contract repositories.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ariba, Conga, Ironclad, Apttus, iCertis, or similar.
