Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure continuous availability and smooth functioning of all electrical systems, including DG power and transformers
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Lead, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews of the electrical maintenance team
- Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to the team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and infrastructure needs
- Utilize SAP/ERP systems for maintenance planning, tracking, and reporting (if applicable)
- Identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes, and drive implementation

Eligibility Criteria:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical/API industry
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, and safety protocols
- Experience in managing teams and leading maintenance operations
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is preferred
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
