Technical Proficiency: Hands-on with Blue Yonder modules (D&F, ESP, Fulfillment, Sequencing, Order, and Inventory Optimization. ERP/Integration Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle, ETL tools, API/data integration. Technical Tools: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Alteryx, scripting, and BI/reporting tools. Analysis & Documentation: Strong skills in fit-gap analysis, solution blueprints, functional and technical design documents. Testing & Training: Experience with test case creation, execution, and leading user training initiatives. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, including workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
